This Farasute watch was bought by one of my friends in the United States, I helped him to buy the watch from taobao website, he loved the watch and shared some photos with me.
He asked me to buy this watch for him in January, I paid the money on January 18th on taobao, and then the watch is being customized. And it took almost twenty days to customize before being shipped out, I remember that I received the watch on February 5th, then I immediately shipped the watch to him. He received the watch several days later, he said he love the watch very much, just a few days ago, he shared these pictures.
I do not know too much background or history information about Farasute, but they are doing things that are greatly different from other watch companies in China, I have seen many niche brands in China, they are just simply copying the designs of many famous Swiss watches such as Submariner, IWC Pilot, Omega Seamaster, but I can not find the original watch which this Farasute watch copies from. It looks like a custom-made model from ADG, the bezel is sapphire, the watch is powered by a SL-4801 movement produced by Dandong movement factory, but is this a movement with uni-directional winding? I can not find details listed on the internet. But the auto rotor of the movement is modified, it looks a flower and very beautiful. In the beginning, he said the watch inaccuracy is only 2 to 5 seconds, I do not believe, last time he set the watch, and 5 days later, the watch gained 1.5 minutes, that’s a normal inaccuracy for a Chinese watch with such a Chinese chronograph movement.
